Markham's Community Robotics Team

Is this like Battlebots?
(a frequently asked question)

FIRST Robotics isn't about building weaponized battle robots. Instead, we compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC), a global high school event where 3-team alliances face off to score points using 115-lb. remote-controlled robots. It's complex, exciting, and fun to watch and join.

Our Sponsors
Everything that we do would not be possible without the generosity of our sponsors. Between tournament registration, robot parts, transportation, outreach expenses, and more, our annual operating budget is between $17000 and $40000. Our sponsors primarily provide monetary contributions, but in-kind donations such as materials and tools, in-store discounts, or build/storage space for team operations are all tremendously impactful. Any and all forms of support are welcome and appreciated.
